Women break the silence training tools are divided into several categories: training materials in PDF format and established according to several themes.

Disability and GBV

The training in disability and GBV targets all entities working from far away or closely with people with disabilities. So it is not necessarily designed for the latter. It allows us to discuss the forms of violence suffered by people with disabilities, the specificity of the treatment of these people and especially the knowledge of everyone about the existence of GBV for people with disabilities.

Harassment in the workplace

The content of the workplace harassment training focuses on all forms of workplace harassment, the role of the employee representative in reporting and the reporting procedure itself, and the role of a gender unit.

Each training course enables us to prevent gender-based violence in the first place, and then to combat it. The training modules were designed with this in mind.
